Mayday Games

Organic visibility across six reporting snapshots.

The challenge

A purpose for the program.

Launch an ongoing content program for an established games brand and build a useful record of how its published content performed. Before the planned November 10, 2025 launch, SLF connected the reporting software and saved a baseline for future comparisons.

The approach

The work in practice.

SLF developed and published content for Mayday Games and used collaboration posts to share it with the related Sleeve Kings account. The program continued with regular reporting and the option to review trends, standout content and next ideas in a monthly strategy call. The six later Facebook snapshots recorded 11–25 posts each.

The pre-launch snapshot recorded 612 with one post. The six later snapshots all exceeded 6,000, but varied substantially. These are rolling 30-day windows with overlaps and gaps, not calendar months. They must not be summed into a cumulative audience or presented as uninterrupted month-on-month growth. The first later window begins three days before the planned launch.
The takeaway

What we can learn.

A content program is more useful when the team can look beyond an isolated result. Mayday’s sequence shows repeated organic visibility across multiple reporting windows, with enough variation to keep the focus on learning and refining the work.

Source & limitations

Databox Mayday Facebook exports; only the explicitly labeled Organic Post Overview row is used. Paid or mixed total reach and all-time page likes are excluded. The March 8–April 6 export reports organic reach of 11,654 and total post reach of 11,640, an unresolved 14-count inconsistency. This page preserves the reported organic row rather than silently changing it. No lead, sales, revenue, causal-lift or current-client claim is made. Post counts describe account activity.
