Frequently asked questions

A little clarity,
before we begin.

The things worth knowing before you put a content plan in motion.

What can SLF help with?

Recurring social media management, including the agreed content planning, production, editing and publishing support. SLF develops the ideas and brings the equipment. Client inspiration is welcome but is not required creative homework.

Do you offer one-off shoots or projects?

SLF focuses on recurring social media management. Content planning, shoots and editing support that ongoing program. The free shoot planner is available to anyone and does not purchase or book a project.

How much does it cost?

Month-to-month packages are The Rising Tide at $1,500, The Big Kahuna at $1,750 and The Tsunami at $2,750. Three-, six- and twelve-month terms reduce the monthly fee by $100, $200 and $300 respectively. Compare scope and minimum-term totals on the Services page. The 30-minute intro meeting has no financial obligation.

How soon can we start?

Share your target date and what needs to be ready. Availability, production requirements, access and review capacity all affect timing. A start date is confirmed together rather than promised by this website.

Which platforms do you manage?

Facebook and Instagram are part of SLF’s current offering. Additional platforms and the exact mix are discussed as part of the scope.

What if we already have photos or videos?

Existing assets can be useful when their quality, permissions and context fit the plan. Share the original file location, relevant credits and what is approved for use.

Who approves the content?

The review owner and any additional approval requirements are established for the monthly program. Feedback should reference the exact version. Regulated or compliance-sensitive content needs the appropriate approval before use.

How should we send feedback?

Use the agreed review channel. Identify the file and version, give a time point when relevant, explain what should change and consolidate conflicting notes before the next edit.

Do you guarantee views, leads or revenue?

No outcome is guaranteed by the examples or tools on this site. Reports describe specific platforms, metrics and periods; reach and views do not by themselves establish leads, revenue or causation.

How do billing and recurring payments work?

SLF currently uses QuickBooks for invoicing and recurring payments. Follow your verified invoice and agreed terms. A website inquiry does not create a payment commitment.

Can I use the free content tools?

Yes. The tools create local planning outlines and manual review notes. They do not send your inputs to SLF, post to your social accounts or replace client approval.
